High-Gloss & Weld Line-free Injection Moulding Technology
This technology uses steam of high temperature and high pressure to heat the mould cavities up to 100 Celsius in a short time. After that, plastic will be injected into the mould and the mould will be cooled down with cold water until the mould comes into form. Products made with the high-gloss moulding technology deliver a fine appearance without weld lines, eliminating the need for secondary processing such as spraying.

This injection moulding technology is mainly used in common processes such as 2K moulding and overmoulding to produce complex plastic parts.
